Each day a new sorting question drops. Your answer determines which tribe you're placed into — 12 people who answered similarly.
You're assigned one of 12 colors. That's all anyone knows about you. No names, no profiles. Just what you say and how you say it.
Keep the chat alive. Vote to extinguish flames. If a member loses all three flames, they're banished. Lose half the tribe and it's over.
The goal? Create the ideal group chat. One where everyone actually clicks. You've got 7 chances total. Make them count.
Each member starts with 3 flames. Other members can vote to extinguish them. Lose all three and you're banished — no appeal, no return. Your color goes dark.
A tribe collapses when it falls to 6 or fewer members — whether from banishments or people voluntarily leaving.
Each tribe has a health score from 0–100%. It's the product of three factors — and any one of them can drag the whole thing down.
Factor C punishes silence. A tribe that goes quiet for 3 days has its health divided by 3 — no matter how many members remain. Talk or lose.
No names. No photos. Just your assigned color. The conversation is all you've got — which means what you say actually matters.
